Cheapscape does not require an account to search. We log searches (origin, destination, dates, radius, tribe) to improve the product and outbound clicks (provider, URL) to measure the funnel. No user profile is built until you choose to save an itinerary and give us an email.
Data we collect
- Search inputs and results you request.
- Outbound click events (which provider you clicked, not your booking).
- If you save: your email and saved itineraries.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies to measure the searches you run and the outbound clicks you make. Today that means Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Matomo, and Travelpayouts for affiliate attribution (production only). Accepting turns these on; rejecting turns them off. We do not sell your email. As Cheapscape grows we may use analytics and advertising cookies to build anonymous travel-interest audiences.
Your rights
Contact us to delete your data. If you gave an email to save itineraries, you can request deletion and it will be removed.
